Error: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: child" in C# Form

Error: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: child" in C# Form

I have a problem when I'm using ContextMenuStrip. I'm only putting this
into Form and the error shows when I try move some button to another
location.
"Exception:
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: child"
