I have Create A text to Speech Converter in Windows Application using C#
But Problem Is That this Converter Convert Only English Text in To Speech
Not Hindi Or Other Language And Also I have To Use It In Asp.net
Asynchronously .
I Use using System.Speech.Sythesizer;
